Semi-Boneless Lamb Leg (1 lamb leg between 2 - 2.4 kg)

Purchased two legs of lamb and prepared only one; the other is in the freezer. Arrived on time and well insulated to keep them frozen. The lamb was delicious, tender and just the right amount of fat. Everyone enjoyed the meal and were impressed that it was ordered online. Would not hesitate to purchase again and recommend to friends and family.

very tender falling off the bone. Quebec have the best lamb hands down.
